TABLEAU proudly presents our new direction with two exhibitions that delves into the question: What makes a place a home? A curated group of artists and designers have created bespoke works for TABLEAU, challenging conventional notions of belonging, and inviting viewers to explore the intricate tapestry of emotions woven into the concept of home.

At TABLEAU, we explore functional art and its ability to reflect on the intangible elements that transform a mere space into a sanctuary of belonging, a sense of Domestic Pleasure. Through the diverse perspectives of our contributing artists, we aim to spark dialogue and introspection on the universal quest for a place to call home.

Tableau, known for our multidisciplinary and disruptive approach to design, views this relaunch not only as a showcase of artistic talent but also as a statement of our journey in finding a place to belong in our two new locations: TABLEAU concept store in Store Strandstræde 20 and TABLEAU gallery at Vimmelskaftet 41a. By opening our doors to this exploration of home, Tableau reaffirms our commitment to fostering community, and creating emotional spaces where individuals can authentically be themselves.
